    Welcome to Pulser (Career + Team), a proprietary assessment tool offered by GDI Innovations Limited. By accessing or using the Pulser application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Use of the Application
    Pulser is designed to assist HR departments with self and team evaluation processes by utilizing our proprietary methods and techniques based on the Mind Engineering and Purpose (MRP) science. The application is proprietary and exclusively owned by GDI Innovations Limited.
  3. License
    GDI Innovations Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pulser application for business use only. You are prohibited from reselling or distributing the application.
  4. User Obligations
    • You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
    • You must not misuse the application, attempt to breach its security, or use it in any manner that disrupts its accessibility.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content and design within the Pulser application are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of the application or its content is prohibited.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    GDI Innovations Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Pulser.

  8. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action must be brought in before an arbitary court first.
