What is Workers Haven?

Think of it as your personal digital HR department and welfare system. We provide job security, regular training in international best practices, and a support network. This includes facilitating transfers between states or companies and providing trusted recommendations for official lending services.

How does Pulser determine fair financial offers?

For members under the Workers Haven umbrella, we analyze spending patterns over a 6-month period. Using this novel technique, we provide strong, data-driven recommendations on the most suitable offer amount and the ideal payment duration for a worker, ensuring fairness and sustainability for both parties.

What does CorePulse measure?

It identifies your dominant archetype (Inventor, Innovator, Producer, or Integrator) through:

  • A categorization algorithm
  • Timed questionnaires assessing intensity (mental resilience)
  • Analysis of childhood stories (ages 5–20) for strengths/weaknesses.
Can I save my evaluation and complete it later?

Yes, our platform automatically saves your Archetype Evaluation progress (secition by section) as you work. You can:

  • Exit at any point and return later
  • You will continue from the last section once you enter the CorePulse

Your work is saved whenever you press the save button on each section. It does not do this automatically.

Why can I only take CorePulse once?

The science behind the novelty says that core archetypes remain stable throughout lifetime. Only your *intensity levels* (mental resilience) evolves.

How are childhood stories used?

Stories from ages 5–20 reveal foundational behavioral patterns that partially formed your archetype, strengths, and growth areas.

Yes! Enter any job title and select relevant qualities from our pool for instant match analysis. Definitions for qualities are also available.
