GDI Innovations Limited was registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission to solve people and business problems innovatively through Research and Development (R&D), Training and Prototype Development, and Human Resources (HR) management. We hold the sole rights to patents for building green, and robust architecture, called Air Systems, in Nigeria. Mind Reengineering and Purpose (MRP); novel people and business theories and methods are part of our ways to enhance performance and productivity in organizations. We have seasoned team with over 17 years in people and business development.
We are a member of the Telecommunication and Technology Sustainability Working Group (TTSWG), which is focused in addressing the challenges of sustainable development in the information and communication technology sector.
Sterling Minds [an entrepreneurial and personal development grant and mentorship programme] is one of the vigorous ways we are building entrepreneurs to find solutions to economic development.
Our company is building 100 super companies and aims to raise a million highly advanced men and women by the year 2025 within Africa, starting from Nigeria.

MEET OUR TEAM
Jeswills Eleke MCMA is the Chief Innovations Officer at GDI Innovations. He holds certifications in corporate innovation, psychology, research, training, therapy and complementary medicine.
He holds patents to inventions, and he is the director of the research and prototype development department.
Dr. Mrs. Ijeoma John-Adubasim is an educational psychologist with extensive working experience. She is a member of the Counseling Association of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter and a member of International Dyslexia Association.
She has done several research works to promote inclusion of persons living with educational needs.
Victor Mba M.IoD is a management consultant and the head Intelligence Unit at Phillips Consulting. He has served as top executive at different companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics and a Masters’ degree in finance from the University of Lagos.
He is focused on solving some of the corporate issues.
Barr. Chukwuemeka Clement Ugo is a legal luminary, a US trained professional negotiator with LLB from the University of Calabar and BL from the Nigeria Law School Lagos, both in Nigeria.
He is the 2nd Vice President of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He is the principal partner at Democrats Solicitors.
